The seminar addresses academia, research centers, SMEs and individual researchers working with knowledge management in EU-funded projects.

The seminar will focus on the most relevant elements of the IP regime applicable in EU funded projects from a practical perspective, with the main objective of providing participants with basic concepts and ideas for adequately integrating and managing the IP issues in their projects, see program below.

This is a free of charge event but it is nevertheless important to give us a notice if you have to cancel your participation.

Speaker is Sabine Albrecht from the European IPR Helpdesk. Mrs Albrecht is working as programme manager in IPR & Business Development. She has a background in natural sciences (biology / agriculture) with work experience in public relations (biotechnology and genetic engineering), regulatory and IP-rights at a German seed-company. She is currently coordinating the training activities of the European IPR Helpdesk. Further she is dealing with contract negotiations with regard to FP7-Life Science projects.
